This is the internet so I'm gonna guess this is BS.
However, I've seen soem situations where I wondered if this could happen. During construction, some sort of utility repair I assume I've seen them dig up a substantial section of road and throw a big thick metal plate over it, dump a little asphault on the edge as a temporary patch until they finish whatever it is they're doing. If a plow were to catch that plate and push it ahead, this could happen, maybe.

I miss Scrubs. I used to correspond with the scooter shop that supplied JCs bikes for the show for parts that were made of unobtainium.
